Hearing the Voice of Jesus While Changing the Oil

As men committed to following Jesus, we know that we are supposed to hear our Master’s voice. But our lives are so jam-packed with…stuff. We often feel overwhelmed by mortgage payments, work deadlines, stressful commutes, orthodontist bills, committee responsibilities, etc. etc. This weekend we will take a fresh look at what the Bible says about the real life challenges of hearing God and knowing his will.

Speaker: George Renner


George Renner is a pastor and a New Testament scholar. For most of the past 15 years he’s been serving Jesus in Africa training “revolutionaries.” George teaches transformational courses at Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology (NEGST) in Kenya. He believes that Jesus models a way of leading that brings out the best in others — passionate commitment, loyalty, above-and-beyond performance, creativity and ownership of a vision at a deep level. A few years back, George pastored Trinity Baptist Church in Nashua. George really “finds his groove” when he’s teaching God’s Word.
