Our grounds offer a spectacular view of Mount Monadnock, a heated indoor swimming pool, 40 bedrooms (260 capacity), mountain climbing, Christian bookstore, dining rooms, home style meals, seasonal outdoor sports, and meeting rooms.
What does it cost?
A typical retreat includes two overnight accommodations, three meals on Saturday, two on Sunday, use of the facilities, limited accident insurance.
How do I book a retreat?
Here is the basic reservation and financial information.
Step 1
Call or send an email inquiry to us with information about your group. Part of this involves selecting a guaranteed number of people called a contracted number. We need a number from which to base the contract. (We will forgive 5% of the contracted number.) This helps us know how to plan for you, and determine which weekend will be the best for your retreat.
Step 2
We will send you a letter and two copies of the contract. One copy of the contract is yours for your records. Please sign and return the other contract with your $500 deposit which will reserve your reservation. (Retreats aren’t considered official until we have a signed contract and deposit.)
Step 3
30 days before your retreat, we require 50% of the total bill based upon the contracted numbers. You may use your $500 deposit towards this figure. A schedule of the weekend, including meal and pool times is due at this time. (We would also like to know what you have for numbers at that time.)
Step 4
Upon your arrival, your final payment is due. Beyond that, enjoy and love the people to whom God has called you to live and minister with.
