| A complete renovation of the public ladies room of the second floor of the Ark is now underway. Here is what it looked like before demolition |

| In the midst of the renovations we also replaced the two main filters on our indoor pool which will dramatically enhance the filtration. |
Progress in A28. Though much is left to do, soon paint will be covering these wall and a new bathroom will be functional. |

| The chimney in A29 is removed. | The new bathroom in A28 is coming along. Each bathroom we have renovated has a new tile floor, a floor drain, and special wall covering known as FRP. |

We have also made provision for a later phase of renovations on the first floor of the Ark. |

So far we have completed work in 5 Ark Rooms, started work in two others, and replaced beds in all of the rooms. |

| So far we have removed two unused chimneys. In the dining rooms this has opened up a small amount of additional space. |
Upstairs the removal of the chimneys has allowed us to add one additional bathroom to a room that had none. |
