A PLACE FOR LIFE TRANSFORMATION

Our vision as a ministry is to be a place where people encounter God and are transformed by His amazing gift of life in Jesus. This purpose is the heart of what our staff have given their lives to, from those who design programs to those who design menus; From those who maintain our files to those who maintain our facility. We believe that it takes the whole team to create the whole picture: it’s all about changed lives.

For the past few years we have been focusing on improving and making optimum use of the structures and acres that make up Monadnock. We moved a storage room and expanded our game room. We removed a chimney and added two bathrooms. We moved a maintenance facility and added Hillside, a space to relax and play. Walls have been stripped and painted. New trim and wall board have been added. By the end of this year over 200 new sturdy wood-frame, innerspring beds will have replaced aging metal bunks with fading foam mattresses.

During this time well over 100 volunteers have come alongside us and made the impossible a reality. Many more have given their finances to allow the work to advance. The impact has been noted by thousands or guests and will continue to impact future guests.

The next chapter of this amazing story is still being written. We have work yet to do to finish the transformation of Carlson Manor and carry that work into the Ark Inn.
